Minutes of the Alpaca Research Foundation Meeting
June 28, 2011
Present: Abe Present were: Abe Rosenbloom, Allan Dewald, Pat
Long, Lisa Williamson, Karen Baum, Randy Larson, and Michelle Ing. The meeting
was brought to order at 6:07pm, PST.
April Minutes: Karen moved for approval, Allan 2nd. Unanimously approved.
Treasurer's report: Pat reports that the Hewlett Packard stock has been sold and
the ARF accountant has filed for an extension on the 2010 tax return. Please see
the treasurer's report for further details.
Development Committee: No report was given at this time.
MAF/LMRG Update: June 13, 2011, David Haworth, DVM, PhD will assume the position
of MAF president and CEO.
Meeting the Challenges of Genetic Improvement: No report was given at this time.
New Business:
Proposal Review: Four proposals were reviewed.
Pat moved to adjourn the meeting. Allan seconded the motion. Meeting was
adjourned.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 28, 2011 at 6:00pm PST.
